Rough Sawn

Redwood Lumber

UP TO 22″ WIDE + 22′ LONG

We Are KP & Sons

We specialize in selling quality, affordable, rough-sawn redwood for all your project needs! Sustainably harvested redwood logs are trucked over to KP’s mill in Piercy, CA where the crew cuts almost any & all redwood dimensions and grades. In 2021, KP took the leap in to the retail world with a store in Santa Rosa and after three successful years, decided with the family to transition away from a retail space and to an online platform.

Today, Levi and Caitlin are the sole owners of KP & Sons Custom redwood and accept custom orders of all sizes. Once an order is placed, we purchase the redwood from KP’s Custom Milled, pick it up from the KP’s mill, and offer delivery directly to our customer’s job sites. If you’re interested in getting an order rolling, head to our Lumber Order Builder on the ‘Contact’ page to get started!

Thank you for taking the time to check out our website and we look forward to helping you build your next project!

Our Products

Fencing & Decking

We stock a wide variety of redwood lumber within our drive through warehouse including garden stakes, trim, fencing and decking. All of our lumber is going to be rough-sawn, untreated, and cut from recently harvested logs.

Beams & Timbers

We can cover any dimension up to 24″ wide, 24″ thick and 24′ long. Whether you need more common sizes like 6×6 or 8×8 to something more specialized like 6×12 or 8×16, we’ve got you covered!

Custom Orders

Having trouble finding a local store that carries a specific or unique dimension to complete your project? We can cut any custom dimension and have it available for pick up two weeks later. No need to waste time or money buying oversized materials just to cut it down yourself!

Unique Finds

We are always keeping an eye out for any unique redwood pieces that come across our path. We often carry curly redwood boards, shingles, rough-sawn slabs, reclaimed split rails & posts, etc. These finds usually lead to some of our most stunning projects!
